Getting started & Sizing

We offer several prepay options. You may pay with debit, credit cards. Or pay with google or apple pay.

Please take a look at our size chart for more information and how to take accurate measurements. Each item has a size chart just under the title and for the full chart and dimensions, please check the description of the item. You have it all in there.

Sometimes, and in very rare occasions, some items are out of stock even when order has been placed, this is as a result of lag in inventory update. In these situations, we contact the customer and advise if there are alternative items they need, if not, we issue a full refund, no questions asked. All shipping fees for the unavailable item are also credited immediately.

When any products has the size "F" as the size variant, it means that product has just a single size and measurement. The actual specifications/measurements are seen in the description of that item.

Shipping

We ship worldwide and offer seamless and amazing delivery services to your doorstep anywhere in the world within 5 to 10 business days.

To serve our amazing customers even better, we work with DHL, FedEx and UPS to ship items out. They are Fast, safe and reliable. Tracking is provided once item is shipped and you have the privilege of tracking until you receive your item anywhere you are around the world.

Shipping is based on weight of item. 0-0.5 kg ships for around $21 worldwide, 0.5-1kg ships for around $3 more, that's "$21 +$3" , $24. Each weight increase by 0.5kg adds an extra $3 to $4. That's why we have each item weight under the item title for your consideration and understanding. And we strive to give you the best bang for your buck so the more you order, the better and lower the fees.

We try as much as possible to ensure customers have no reason to return, if customers however choose to return due to any other reason, they are to pay shipping costs back to us in Canada, where we have our return address. We will provide return address in this situation. This can be no longer than 14 days after delivery confirmation. Please note, Lingerie is non-returnable as well as some other items.
Also, the item tags have to be intact, must be in exact same condition it was received and it must not be worn. Kindly refer to our return policy for more information on conditions for return, items eligible for return and other policies therein.

Because of volume of orders that we receive, we always advise customers to please leave a 2 business day handling period once payment has cleared. This is to ensure proper handling and packaging of items before we ship them out. After 2 business days, tracking number is then sent to you so you can track your item itinerary prior to receiving.

Customers are solely responsible for any customs fees where applicable. If there are any fees at all, it is the responsibility of the customers to pay the fees as Bambam will not be held liable for any failed deliveries as a result of unpaid customs fees.

We have branches in Canada, Singapore and head office in Hong Kong. Orders ship from either of the 3 places. We are sure to deliver to you within the specified timelines.

Ideally, we deliver orders Worldwide between 5 to 10 Business days from the day payment is made.
